Emerging technology, smart HVAC systems, government regulations, and more complex equipment are all changing the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry. As a result, the role of HVAC professionals has changed dramatically. Our solution for keeping professionals ahead of the curve is an onsite simulation lab.
Competing in the Ever-Shifting HVAC Service World
HVAC products, efficiencies, and measurements are always changing. We are always ready—as a methodical numbers person, the owner of New Berlin Heating & Cooling has established a simulated work environment lab, equipped with new and old products so that our installers and technicians understand how to service both. With hands-on experience and the latest equipment and tools, our team members not only stay current with HVAC technology but also improve their troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Simulation is an excellent teaching strategy for many skills but especially for something as important as heating and cooling. Here at New Berlin Heating, we don’t get by on “good enough.” We make sure our technicians and installers are continually engaged to hone their skills and diagnostic abilities. When they’re not out working in the field, they are in our on-site simulation lab. With dozens of units and systems in a “real life situation” to work on, our simulation lab ensures that we’re at the leading edge of technological innovation—and that our customers work with an experienced technician every time they call us for service.
We’ve Got It Down to a Science
HVAC technology in 2017 will continue to provide more options and better service for customers. Because of our lab, our factory-trained, NATE-certified technicians are proficient in every detail of every system we install and service—including the rarest make and model of furnace, boiler, air conditioner, humidifier, air cleaner, and climate control system.
Not many heating and cooling providers can match our overall experience and expertise with emerging technology. In fact, our lab is the first of its kind among the 300 heating and cooling contractors you could choose to use in Southeastern Wisconsin. Good to know when you’re looking for service providers like New Berlin Heating—we’re not satisfied until our customers are 110 percent satisfied.
