Our Team

We work by the numbers. Count on it.

We are very proud to say the New Berlin Heating & Cooling team and factory-trained, NATE-certified technicians are among the most knowledgeable in the industry. They are versed in every detail of every system we install and service, as well as even the most rare make and model of furnace, boiler, air conditioner, humidifier, air cleaner, and climate control system.

We don’t get by on “good enough.”

As a mathematician with a degree in actuarial science, second-generation family owner and president Mike Eaton takes an analytics-focused approach to HVAC. Those analytics take the guesswork out of HVAC and instead make it possible for the team at New Berlin Heating to specialize in measuring, rating, improving, and verifying HVAC system performance, by the numbers. According to Mike, everything is done to a specific standard—whether it’s installation, repair, or maintenance service. That goes for measuring employee performance in the field, too.

That’s how Mike Eaton goes beyond “good enough.” He expects no less from his own team.

HVAC service? Our team’s got it down to a science.

No matter how unique or troublesome you think your situation is, it’s likely our team has seen it before and can recommend a heating or cooling solution that will not only make your home or business comfortable again, but will also satisfy your wallet. And with a range of quality products from the best HVAC manufacturers in the industry, most notably Carrier and Mitsubishi, you can be sure the system you choose will keep you warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and comfortable for years to come.

Here at New Berlin Heating, our team members are knowledgeable and skilled—each with years and years of industry-specific experience. Our guys truly know their stuff and our heating and cooling equipment. Not many area heating and cooling providers can match our overall experience and expertise.

Most importantly, you can rest assured that our people will put that knowledge to good use by first listening to your HVAC problem and then designing a new system or repair of your existing one that fits your needs perfectly.
