Replacing your Air Conditioning and Heating system can be a very large investment. Often people don’t always have all of the important information

they need: Here at New Berlin Heating we want to help you get those answers. Here are some of the basic HVAC questions and their answers.

Why should I purchase a new heating or air conditioning system?

The #1 reason: It can save you a lot of money. A new system com

pared to ten years ago can be up to 60% more efficient. By investing in a new unit you can save hundreds of dollars every year for many years to come.

How can I find the system that’s right for me?

Our staff can assist you in choosing the right system for your home. Different systems come with different warranties, rebates, service and maintenance options. We can help you decide which system would best fit you and your families needs. Our staff will go through all of the factors with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your choice.

How do I determine the size, or capacity, of my HVAC system?

There are many different factors that are associated with the type of HVAC system your home will need. Some of these factors inc

lude: total sq footage of your home, number of windows, how many heat producing appliances you have and so on. A good contractor will come to your home and perform the proper calculations to determine which type of system is right for your home

How long will my new system last?

Maintenance is the best way to ensure your system will last. If all recommended maintenance and service actions are taken, an air conditioner can last 12-15 years and a gas furnace 20 to 25 years.
