Heating Repair and Maintenance

Repair and Maintenance

We believe you get what you pay for.

Is there anything worse than that helpless feeling when your heating system breaks down? And it always seems to happen when the temperature is below zero, during the holidays, right?

Day or night furnace repair

As your furnace ages, it likely won’t work as well or provide consistent warmth. Because it’s important to have a reliable working furnace during our cold, Wisconsin winters, we make it a point to provide quick and efficient repair service.

First of all, each of our service technicians is factory trained and NATE certified. Not every heating and air conditioning dealer can honestly make that claim.

Secondly, our service technicians are qualified to repair any make and model. Carrier, Lennox, Bryant, Trane, Honeywell, Armstrong, Heil, Mitsubishi, Ruud, Maytag—you name the brand, we can service it. Although we repair all brands of furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps, we recommend installing high-efficiency Carrier products which are backed by years of quality, experience, and value.

Finally, if you suspect a problem, we’ll be there as soon as possible to diagnose the issue and return your heating system to working order. Call us day or night for emergencies.

That’s repair service you can believe in.

Furnace maintenance for all makes and models

To properly care for your furnace, you may want to consider a maintenance agreement with us. Neglecting maintenance practically ensures a decline in your furnace’s performance while energy use and cost steadily increase. One of the best ways to minimize furnace decline or breakdown is with a yearly tune-up, which is included in our maintenance agreements. This service alone can significantly improve the performance of your furnace and keep it running great year-round. Be sure to check your furnace filter monthly and change it when it’s dirty for better heating efficiency. You’ll save on utility bills and prolong the life of your system.

Be sure to ask about our two-visit heating and cooling maintenance agreement membership. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Maintenance is also provided for these heating systems and accessories:

  • Ductless Split Systems
  • High-Efficiency Hot Water Boiler Systems
Boilers are central heating systems that generate heat from one location in the house and distribute it via piping to the various rooms. The word boiler is somewhat confusing in that hot water systems do not actually boil the water. They typically heat it to about 160 degrees Fahrenheit. See us for repair and maintenance service.
  • High-Efficiency Heat Pumps
  • In-Floor Heating
  • Light Commercial Systems
We provide maintenance for all types of light commercial heating systems—unit heaters, rooftop units, package units, radiant systems, and gas furnaces and boilers.
  • Heating Accessories
Programmable thermostats are easy to use and provide accurate temperature control and energy savings while allowing you to program your heating and cooling requirements throughout the day. Wi-Fi thermostats offer these same benefits, plus the ability to remotely monitor and control thermostat settings over the Internet. For customers who prefer manually-controlled settings, non-programmable thermostats are easy to use and provide reliable, consistent comfort control.
  • Zone Controls
